Preaching The Whole Gospel

Justification – Sanctification – Glorification

Each of these is a part of God’s work of salvation. I was justified when I repented of my sin and trusted in Christ. I am sanctified as I am purged from sin and transformed into Christ-likeness. And I will be glorified when I am (at long last) completely freed from sin and caught up to be with Christ.

If my message focuses on any one aspect of redemption to the exclusion or minimalization of another it is not true to the Gospel. To devalue part of the Gospel is to be unfaithful to the whole.

“It is the whole business of the whole church to preach the whole Gospel to the whole world.

Charles Spurgeon

Preaching the full message of the Gospel requires preaching the whole counsel of God.

Preach justification. Preach Sanctification. Preach Glorification. Preach the full Gospel.
